People of chatkhil have always been sports enthausiast since anicient times. Every year, lots of sports tournaments are arranged here under Upazila Administration's patronization and individual patronization. Though cricket and footbal are dominant here, but other sports are also in trend. In winter, Badminton became very trendy here in chatkhil. There are a number of massive sports grounds in chatkhil.
